Patrick O'Keefe
Patrick O'Keefe started his health insurance business in Bend in 1992. In 2007 he merged his business with Cascade Insurance Center, LLC where he is an owner and managing partner.

Patrick’s vocation causes him to interact with health care providers, insurance carriers, as well the end-users of the current health care delivery system. This allows him a unique perspective of the successes as well as the shortcomings of this system.

Patrick has maintained extensive industry involvement throughout the years. He has been on advisory committees for insurance carriers, including Pacific Source, Clear Choice, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and Lifewise Health Plan of Oregon. Patrick has been a board member and past-president of the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors where he was named Health Insurance Agent of the Year, and is also a past-president of local the chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters. He has assisted the Oregon Insurance Division on various committees relating to health insurance issues and he works with Deschutes County Mental Health coordinating benefits for people with special circumstances.

Along with his involvement within his profession, Patrick has maintained a dedication to supporting his community as a Rotarian, board member of the Deschutes United Way, as well as being an active member of his church. His has been married to his wife Vicki for thirty-one years and together they have two adult daughters.
